Westage Companies is a family-owned commercial real estate company based in Fishkill, New York. Since 1978, we have developed, owned and operated healthcare and commercial properties throughout the Mid-Hudson Valley.

Westage medical mall
200 Westage Business Center, Fishkill, NY 12524
The Westage Medical Mall stands as a testament to the collaboration between Westage Companies and Vassar Brothers Medical Center. It was the first development of its kind in the Hudson Valley.
This 130,000 square foot, three-story building is at the center of the 1 million square foot Westage Business Center Drive, located at the crossroads of Route 9 and I-84 in Fishkill, NY – the busiest intersection of the region.
Westage Medical Building
1 Columbia Street, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601
Vassar Brothers Medical Center trusted Westage with the first part of its hospital expansion. It required considerable ingenuity to place a 60,000 square foot, three-story structure and its associated 721-car garage on the Medical Center’s space-constrained campus.
Westage pavilion
75 Crystal Run Road, Middletown, NY 10941
Orange Regional Medical Center selected Westage over numerous other national companies to develop and construct a facility for the strategic expansion of its outpatient services in the Town of Wallkill, New York.
This 81,000 square foot, 3-story building was constructed under a 70-year ground lease with the Medical Center.
Crystal Run Healthcare
155 Crystal Run Road, Middletown, NY 10941
This building was the first step in Crystal Run Healthcare’s journey to become one of the Mid-Hudson Valley’s largest multi-specialty medical practice.
This 3-story, 72,000 square foot, facility was fast-tracked to completion in just nine months. Westage was able to synthesize the space programs for multiple specialist groups into a comprehensively-designed facility, with shared support spaces and an optimized patient flow.

955 Little Britain Road, New Windsor, NY 12553
These two office buildings on New York State Route 207 in New Windsor, New York, are not far from Stewart International Airport and, together, exemplify the flexibility that Westage can provide its clients, based on their individual needs.
This smaller-scale project illustrates how Westage can deliver development solutions at various levels of complexity and size. This particular solution provided the client with lower occupancy costs in a neighborhood, commercial setting.
