Senior Properties / Facilities Manager

Westage Companies is looking for a Senior Properties and Facilities Manager to: Grow our third party service provider business Expand the tenant relations and property management programs Lead the day to day facilities maintenance operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the sales of third party real estate property and facilities management services
• Build strong tenant relations through direct communications with each tenant, resolve tenants concerns
• Develop and track annual budgets for property operating costs for all buildings in the portfolio
• Direct all aspects of property management and facilities maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. Develop remedial plans if required
• Provide management leadership to internal facilities maintenance staff
• Develop scope of work documents to support RFP process and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
• Create opportunities for cost saving measures and develop plans to increase property value for both short and long term

Job Qualifications:

• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills a must
• Proven track record of generating leads and selling PM services a must
• Minimum 7 years experience in a combination of responsibilities including sales, property management and facilities maintenance a must
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline is desirable
• Technical and working knowledge of commercial building systems and infra-structure a must

Compensation:

• Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
• There is no relocation payment.
