Over the past four decades Westage has emerged as a
leading developer and manager of commercial, residential, and healthcare
properties. Over the past 10 years, Westage has focused increasingly on
developing medical office buildings, related garages, and specialty
clinical facilities.
Westage has developed several commercial projects of
significant size, including the development of a 155 acre mixed use
complex at the intersection of Interstate 84 and Route 9 in Fishkill,
New York, with approvals of 760,000 square feet of office, 260 hotel
rooms, 88,000 square feet of retail space and an adjacent shopping center
site with 280,000 square feet of discount store space.
Taken together the aggregate of all Westage's
development projects, including medical, commercial, retail and
residential, exceeds 2.8 million square feet.
