Westage Launches Phase Two of Fishkill Medical Mall
Fishkill, NY-February 23, 2014—Westage Companies, the region’s premier Healthcare Real Estate Developer, has launched the second phase of its Westage Medical Mall project, which first opened in 2001.
The expansion, which has been approved by the Town of Fishkill, calls for the building of a 25,000 square foot extension of the current building at 200 Westage Business Center Drive. The new extension, which would expand the western side of the current building, is intended to house medical office space as well as outpatient and ambulatory care services.

Westage has already begun work on the project with the expansion of the facility’s parking lot. Space is available for lease in the new extension, including prime locations on the ground floor. The expansion will allow new healthcare tenants to have access to a broad spectrum of clinicians all in one convenient location. It can also accommodate potential tenants who are in need of more square footage than is currently available in the Phase One Section of the facility.
